In this position...
Responsibilities Support the roll out of PD-DT related Organizational Change Management (OrgCM) Strategy. Develop maintain and support PD-DT Training Strategy. Collaborate across the organization to ensure solution strategy & execution is meeting project goals. Identify required capabilities & enablers the blockers in support of a successful roll out. Coordination of strategic organizational change management & communication tasks working in conjunction with the PD-DT Project Leads. Work with PD-DT Project Leads to prioritize dependent workstreams. Support in setting & recording objectives & KPIs.
Special Skills Project management communications strategy organizational change management. Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills. Technical understanding with the ability to translate into non-technical language. Must have a desire and passion to find ways to reach and interact with internal customers. Be capable of communicating across regions and at all levels. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to develop and communicate compelling messages. High degree of initiative independent work and assertiveness. Excellent analytical business & strategic skills.
Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
3 years of experience. Ideally in automotive.
