Job Description
The Human Resources Analyst will support the Assistant Director of HR Systems and Employee Services within Human Resources by managing the HRIS system and related processes in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include performing onboarding tasks administering employee leave managing all aspects of workers compensation conducting personnel audits with state and certification entities and assisting with various HR operations to ensure compliance and efficient HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience preferably in human resources preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains the HRIS system (ADP) to ensure accurate employee records data integrity and efficient HR processes.
- Assists with benefits administration and tracking including open enrollment new hire enrollment and qualifying life event processes.
- Gathers information from verification resources personnel files and employees; supports employees in maintaining HR systems; and prepares and presents personnel documents for audits and compliance reviews.
- Performs onboarding of new employees processes rehires and terminations and tracks and maintains associated checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manages all aspects of Workers Compensation including recording 801 forms tracking cases maintaining records in the SAIF system and coordinating with SAIF and OSHA representatives as needed.
- Tracks and updates all compliance posters update OSHA Form 300 throughout the year prepares or assists with preparing the 300A at the end of year for each program.
- Serves as a leave resource by guiding employees through PLO FMLA and OFLA processes managing cases to determine eligibility and ensuring accurate tracking and approval of leave requests.
- Tracks and records all training paperwork from Orientations follow-up with employees as needed.
- Conducts exit interviews with employees leaving the organization.
- Performs administrative duties such as tracking and gathering employment verifications and supports various HR projects along with other duties as assigned.
