A busy and well-regarded dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Offering a basic salary of with realistic OTE of this role also provides structured training 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and benefits such as a CBS car scheme preferential service rates and free local parking. Hours are 8:0018:00 Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and managing service bookings efficiently
Providing clear updates and advice throughout the service process
Liaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth communication
Preparing accurate cost estimates and handling invoicing
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Main dealer background desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships

Salary and Benefits

Salary:basic OTE
Hours: 8:0018:00 Monday to Friday 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:0017:30
Holidays: 20 days bank holidays
Benefits: CBS car scheme preferential service rates free local parking training provided as required
