Job Summary
Chick-fil-A North Laredo is seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Catering Director to lead our catering operations. This pivotal role encompasses the entire catering process ensuring delivery of exceptional service and maintaining our brands high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the catering process including sales order-taking food preparation and delivery.
- Ensure the provision of on-time accurate orders while consistently delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop strategic catering plans and build strong community relationships to drive consistent sales growth.
- Lead mentor and manage the catering team to achieve operational excellence.
- Uphold fiscal responsibility by managing sales strategies and profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to Chick-fil-As food safety protocols and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in catering.
- Valid drivers license
- Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on team management and collaboration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of catering or food service operations.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain community relationships.
