What will you do
Support customers riders and vendors by resolving issues quickly and effectively
Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism in Swedish and English
Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and escalate complex cases when necessary
Work collaboratively to achieve service KPIs (accuracy quality speed)
Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes
Contribute to a positive and fast-moving team environment
Candidate profile
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
13 years of experience in customer service service operations or a contact center
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Flexibility to work daytime evenings weekends and holidays
Familiarity with CRM ticketing or operational tools is a plus
