Medicare Broker
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medicare Broker to join a team.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65000 - $80000 (depending on experience) bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming warm leads and provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage (MA) Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs).
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable plan options.
- Build and maintain a client base through referrals community outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and carrier guidelines.
- Support clients year-round with plan changes billing inquiries and ongoing service needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license and Medicare certification are required.
- Experience: Previous experience selling Medicare plans through a carrier or agency is essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Advisors Assistant software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication patience organizational skills and a client-focused approach.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.
