You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking to appoint an experience administrator to work in the Talent Department to support the Head of Talent and Talent Partners. The Talent Team are responsible for the end to end recruitment process for divisions across the Lanes Group including Head Office Support functions Drainage Depot Network Utilities contracts throughout the UK Highways Divisions and Traffic Management Logistics Management and Utilities Tankering.
Location: Preston
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per week. (Hybrid)
Salary: To be discussed at interview and based on experience
Holidays: 24 days per year rising with length of Service Prorata
This is a 6 month contract with a view to extension subject to business needs and growth in the business
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Supporting the Head of Talent and Talent team with a variety of tasks including :
Arranging interviews speaking to candidates sending of invitations and following up with interview feedback
Updating MI Spreadsheets and tracking interviews on the portal
Creating templates and emails for correspondence
Liasing with stakeholders
Updating diaries using Teams
Creation of marketing templates to post on social media
Updating and opening/closing of vacancies
Sending emails
Checking recruitment approval paperwork and offer checklist are in line with policy
Checking right to work documentation and driving licence checks (compliance)
Uploading documentation on the portal including compulsory certificates
Answering incoming calls to the department and directing to the relevant Talent Partner
Managing the Talent Team Recruitment inbox
The role will be working closely with wider HR team L&D Departments as well as Stakeholders across the Country.
Essential Skills/Experience
Proven experience of working in a team support administrator role.
Confident communicator
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Desirable:
Recruitment experience
Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data reports and excel skills
Personal Attributes:
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
