Job Description

Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist - Private Healthcare Provider
Location: Peterborough & Milton Keynes areas
Salary:Competitive

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapists on behalf of a respected private healthcare provider. These roles are based within hospital settings in both Peterborough and Milton Keynes offering the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and recovery for adults with complex needs.

What will your responsibilities be

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for adults with neurological conditions brain injuries or mental health needs
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists nurses and support staff
  • Support service users in achieving independence and rehabilitation goals
  • Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and clinical leadership
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum2 years post-qualification experience ideally in neurorehabilitation or mental health settings
  • Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
  • Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice
