Responsibilities
Were looking for an exceptional Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic and fast-paced team!
As an ER RN youll be the frontline hero assessing and stabilizing patients with diverse and often critical conditions. Your ability to rapidly triage evaluate symptoms administer life-saving interventions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously will be essential. Youll expertly handle everything from minor injuries to traumas cardiac emergencies and complex medical presentations consistently delivering immediate and effective care.
We need nurses who can maintain composure under pressure collaborate seamlessly with physicians and multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with anxious patients and their families. Your critical thinking will be sharpened daily as you interpret diagnostic results implement treatment plans and constantly adapt to evolving patient needs.
Responsibilities include:rapid assessment and triage medication administration wound care cardiac monitoring assisting with procedures patient and family education and precise documentation.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse License compact state RN licensure accepted.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
- ACLS within three (3) months of employment
- TNCC NRP within nine (9) months of employment.
