Job Summary
Position Summary: The ERP Administrator will be responsible for the administration configuration and overall maintenance of the JAMIS Prime ERP system. This role requires a cybersecurity-focused mindset and experience in aerospace and defense industries. The ERP Administrator will ensure the efficient and secure operation of the ERP system and assist with the integration and functionality of the E2 MRP system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer configure and maintain the JAMIS Prime ERP system.
- Ensure system security and compliance with NIST 800.171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 regulations
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to support financial and operational processes within the ERP system.
- Provide end-user support and training on the ERP system functionality and workflows.
- Implement and manage data backups and recovery plans for the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist with the integration and operation of the E2 MRP system including inventory management purchase orders and job routers
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP system processes configurations and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates related to ERP systems and cybersecurity best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with ERP administration preferably with JAMIS Prime.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Proficient in SQL query language and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in ERP systems such as Certified Specialist in JAMIS Prime or equivalent.
- Proficient with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with E2 MRP system administration.
- Experience with other ERP systems and tools.
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
