Inside Sales Representative- Italian
Location: Athens Greece (On-site)
Start Date: 13 October 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 18:00 (40h/week)
Contract: Permanent
On-site deadline: Candidates must be able to work from site starting 8 October 2025
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our clients team in Athens. You will handle inbound customer inquiries promote tailored solutions and contribute to sales growth while delivering a positive customer experience.
What You Will Do

Handle inbound calls and respond to Italian-speaking customers inquiries.

Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Meet and exceed sales performance targets.

Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve results.
Requirements
-
Native or near-native fluency in Italian (C2 level).

Good level of English (B2).

Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on-site in Athens.

Salary: Competitive
