SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley is seeking Site Foremanto join our growing civil site pipe crews in Hagerstown MD and surrounding areas including Clarksburg Frederick MD and Winchester VA. Ideal candidates will have prior experience operating loaders and backhoes a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Effectively lead manage and motivate crews of 5 to 10 individuals.
- Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors
- Interpret blueprints project plans and specifications.
- Responsible for the production process
- Plan and schedule for necessary manpower tools materials and equipment to complete the job.
- Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.
- Perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as track loaders graders or similar machinery.
- Knowledge of underground utilities and general construction processes.
- Strong work ethic reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a safe job site environment.
- Punctuality and dependability are essential.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
