Job Summary
As the Engineering Manager for the Core Content Engagement Data team you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in the design development and operation of our core data pipelines. You will work closely with peer engineering teams data scientists and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience leading engineering projects from inception to shipped software through several iterations and release cycles.
- Hands-on experience architecting and designing large-scale data processing applications.
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills especially in cross-functional settings.
- Experience with big data technologies especially real-time stream processing with Apache Flink Kafka and Cassandra.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience with SQL as well as analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience delivering AIML engineering projects especially in the GenAI space.
- A passion for mentoring and developing engineers.
