Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Overtime may be required to meet business needs

What you will do -

As a Repair Specialist with Stryker ProCare you will work with the in-bound operations of materials in the in-house service center. Additionally you will:

  • Establish partnership with team members and team lead on production floor to acquire materials
  • Move materials to necessary functional spaces
  • Maintain accurate record keeping for material movement using computer systems
  • Assemble medical device components in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
  • Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
  • Report all equipment and process-related problems to area supervisor
  • Maintain documentation related to quality work-in-progress test results and labor
  • Collaborate with quality team engineers and technicians to resolve issues and develop recommendations for improvement

What you need -

Required

  • Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to meet schedule and overtime requirements as needed

Preferred

  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in a related field such as manufacturing inventory or quality
  • Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams Word Excel)

$26.11-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
