Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Overtime may be required to meet business needs

What you will do -

As a Repair Specialist with Stryker ProCare you will work with the in-bound operations of materials in the in-house service center. Additionally you will:

Establish partnership with team members and team lead on production floor to acquire materials
Move materials to necessary functional spaces
Maintain accurate record keeping for material movement using computer systems
Assemble medical device components in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
Report all equipment and process-related problems to area supervisor
Maintain documentation related to quality work-in-progress test results and labor
Collaborate with quality team engineers and technicians to resolve issues and develop recommendations for improvement

What you need -

Required

Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to meet schedule and overtime requirements as needed

Preferred

High school diploma or GED/equivalent
Two or more years of experience in a related field such as manufacturing inventory or quality
Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams Word Excel)

$26.11-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
