Job Summary
Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments We are a leading cybersecurity SaaS company seeking a Senior Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team driving financial planning process improvement and business performance analysis for our rapidly scaling organization.
What Youll Do
- Lead the corporate consolidation for the forecasting and budgeting process
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models used in the forecasting process
- Manage and improve planning processes leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights).
- Work closely with CFO and senior Finance leadership deliver clear presentation materials insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Drive improvement of internal financial reporting ensuring accuracy scalability and timeliness of insights for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with other teams within Finance and build cross functional relationships with other departments (E.g. HR Corp Dev Strategy)
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience in FP&A investment banking consulting or corporate finance roles.
- Strong experience in SaaS or other recurring revenue business models.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling - has the ability to carefully design and build robust models and has competency with 3-statement modelling
- Experience with executive-level presentation design/delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of optimizing and streamlining internal reporting processes.
- Proven ability to work with and influence senior executives.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (Professional qualifications a plus E.g. CFA/CPA).
- US-based with preference for candidates in Pacific Time Zone.
