The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of our Claims strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards.

Your New Role:

  • Investigate and resolve complex claims to ensure effective handling and minimize financial leakage.
  • Analyze coverage issues and recovery opportunities (e.g. subrogation contribution) to protect company interests.
  • Manage disputed claims and ensure settlements are reached economically.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting clients brokers) to support business objectives and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor and validate billing premium receipt and reinstatement calculations before processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate reserves and system updates to reflect company liability clearly.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior claims staff.
  • Support reporting and portfolio analysis to inform strategic decisions.

About you:

We are looking for a candidate withstrong expertise in Claims bringingat least 10 years of experienceacross various lines and types of claims with a particular focus on Property claims. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proven ability toinvestigate and resolve complex claimswith minimal leakage.
  • Strong skills incoverage analysissubrogation anddispute resolution.
  • Experience managingclient and broker relationships ensuring timely and accurate billing and payments.
  • A collaborative mindset to supportunderwriting teamsand contribute tostrategic claims initiatives.
  • A proactive approach tomentoring junior team membersand supporting team leadership when needed.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency inMS Office tools and the ability to produce detailedmanagement information reports.
  • Solid understanding ofregulatory and compliance frameworkswithin the insurance sector.


This role requires someone who isanalytical communicative and solution-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service and supporting business goals.
