What Were Looking For:
- Experienced Sales Manager with a successful track record in automotive retail
- Finance (F&I) experience required ability to lead in both sales and finance operations
- Proven leader with the ability to coach motivate and build strong teams
- Bilingual a plus
- KIA brand experience preferred but not required
- Punctual timely methodical and committed to career growth
- Looking for a role that is a stepping stone to future leadership growth within our group
