You will lead focuses on ensuring projects digital transformation organization readiness and process improvements are planned and executed successfully driving growth and adaptation. You will be to lead process technology and people readiness for logistics operation including transportation warehousing and distribution for the region. You will work with key stakeholders from the Supply Chain Customer Service and Operations teams in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives. You will report directly to Director Global Logistics for Industrial Segment Operations
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Overseeing the execution of transformation projects from inception to completion ensuring understanding of strategic objectives.
Change Management: Lead the organization through change by developing strategies to encourage adoption of new technologies and workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and securing agreement from several levels of the organization.
Performance Measurement: Establish metrics tracking and reporting to evaluate logistics operation.
Innovation and Strategy: Identifying opportunities for improvement and new ideas developing digital transformation strategies.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the logistics operation and initiatives.
Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about metrics and project status.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to monitor progress measure outcomes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 10 years in the leadership position.
Experience managing diverse teams and able to deliver results in a matrixed environment.
Understanding of Project management techniques and methods.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and great problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead energize and influence others Lead the PPG Way.
Visualize and communicate long term big picture view of the program.
