Daily challenges
- Handles incidents and basic storage operations.
- Performs initial monitoring troubleshooting and ticket management while escalating complicated issues to higher support level agents.
- Maintains storage environment of the corporate customers.
eXperience and skills required
- Experience with Storage fundamentals RAID SAN fabrics.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to work on shifts.
