Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development to join our growing team. This role will focus on expanding our client base enhancing partnerships and supporting the growth of our middlemile delivery services and FMCG fulfillment operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities with FMCG companies ecommerce platforms and logistics partners.


Conduct client meetings (onsite and virtual) to present Front Door s value proposition and tailored delivery solutions.


Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to guide strategic outreach.


Develop and implement sales plans; maintain an active pipeline and deliver regular updates to senior management.


Support the achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and overall revenue goals.


Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.


Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.

5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in FMCG logistics ecommerce fulfillment or B2B logistics services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a clientfirst mindset.

Analytical thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must have a valid driver s license and MUST HAVE A CAR.

3PL experience is a must whether in sales or operations.
