ICT Presale Engineer (Internship)

Job Title: ICT Presale Engineer - Intern

Job Location: Milan (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and configuring foundational networking solutions including routing switching Wi-Fi and security.
• Support presales activities by preparing and delivering product demonstrations presentations and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical workshops and partner training sessions helping to educate on our solutions.
• Help with testing new devices and solutions and provide structured actionable feedback to the HQ product team.
• Contribute to market research analyzing trends and competitor solutions within the networking domain.
• Provide first-level technical assistance for partners and customers under supervision.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support events roadshows and customer visits with technical expertise.
• Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of our product portfolio and technology stack.
• Engage with clients and partners to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Computer Science or a related discipline graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in network solutions customer engagement and innovation.
• Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
