Tasks
- Establish and implement ACAs strategic priorities and long-term vision.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team aligned with ACAs mission.
- Champion system-level change clinical integration and innovation in acute care delivery.
- Lead the organizational design operational structures and clinical frameworks of ACA.
- Engage and partner with stakeholders including government ministries clinicians health partners and Albertans.
- Ensure compliance fiscal accountability and public transparency.
- Serve as ACAs public voice and principal representative across health political and public forums.
Requirements
- Executive leadership experience (CEO or equivalent) in healthcare public sector or system transformation contexts.
- Demonstrated success in leading large complex multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare governance fiscal management and public service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage strategic change and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Masters degree in Health Administration Public Policy Business or a related field.
- Experience with Canadian healthcare systems; Alberta health system familiarity is an asset.
- International experience or cross-jurisdictional leadership is welcomed.

Additional Details
- This position is based in Edmonton Alberta.
- Work permit support may be available for qualified international candidates.
