Job Description
Overseeing the movement of goods equipment and materials across land sea and air.
The role is 90% logistics and 10% procurement with a strong focus on freight forwarding compliance and operational visibly across Africa.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics international business or related field.
- Masters degree will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 7 to10 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management with significant exposure to African markets.
- Experience &knowledge of freight forwarding Incoterms customs procedures and logistics contracts.
- Experience in implementing logistics management systems and ensuring visibility across multiple units & countries.
- Understanding land freight across African corridors as well as air and sea freight coordinations.
- Exceptional organizational negotiation and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in challenging circumstances.
Responsibilities:
- Managing International logistics across road maritime and airfreight.
- Building strong partners hips with freight forwarders airlines and transport providers.
- Ensuring compliance with customs Incoterms trade and legal requirements.
- Overseeing Shipments from booking to final delivery
- Implementing systems for real-time tracking and standardised workflows.
- Aligning inventory stock records across warehouses and business units.
- Mitigating risks linked to customs security and infrastructure challenges.
- Monitoring KPIs reporting to senior management and drive cost efficiency.
