Job and Responsibilities
execute and monitor retail sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve monthly
quarterly and annual targets.
appoint and manage retail partners dealers and distributors for abrasives products in
the region.
product placement visibility and merchandising in retail outlets as per brand guidelines.
in-store product demonstrations and end-user awareness programs to promote proper usage
of abrasives.
secondary sales from distributors to retailers and take corrective action to improve sell-out
performance.
and manage inventory levels at distributor and retailer points to prevent stock-outs and
overstock situations.
and report competitor activity insights (pricing promotions new launches) to management
for strategic planning.
with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries to retailers.
with the marketing team to implement region-specific campaigns trade promotions and
exhibitions.
retail staff and channel partners on product specifications applications and selling points.
a strong field presence by visiting retail outlets regularly and strengthening relationships
with channel partners.
timely collection of payments from channel partners in accordance with company credit
policies.
Skills required
with a background in handling the sales of automotive wood coating abrasives.
's/Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration Marketing or a
related field.
of 5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role.
