Primary Responsibilities
- Wash clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors to dealership standards
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to management
- Use cleaning solutions buffers vacuums pressure washers and other detailing equipment properly and safely
- Apply protective coatings to vehicle surfaces
- Clean and condition vehicle upholstery carpets dashboards and trim
- Review Scheduled unit Line-up before and after each job to ensure priorities are met
- Ensure all vehicles are inspected and customer ready before pickup or delivery
- Safely move vehicles in and out of bays lots or staging areas as needed
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and request restocks when necessary
- Follow all company safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment as well as disposal
- Assist with lot organization including staging and arranging vehicles as needed
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area
Required skills and qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- Previous experience in auto detailing car wash or related field preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand bend and work with hands for long periods
- Physical ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during adverse weather conditions (heat cold wind rain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment safely
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
