Our department and Role description
Electromechanics Design department at Global Robotics R&D Technology currently consists of 15 people (verification mechanics mechatronic and electronics engineers) and our responsibility is electromechanics components for our robotic mowers. This includes research and project pre-studies as well as new projects and maintenance where we develop the specifications and lead cross functional technical coordination and verification/validation of the components. You will work in an international environment and the atmosphere in the group is warm unpretentious and open at the same time as the level of ambition is high and tasks challenging.
You play a vital part in our cross-functional project teams (including different engineering disciplines sourcing SQA and manufacturing) planning and performing motor verification activities.
Another important task is to actively be part of and potentially lead our work evolving and maintaining verification methodologies and test equipment.
Your background
- Masters or bachelors degree in Engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience from test/verification/engineering
- At least 3 years of specific work experience as either electric motor verification engineer or involved
in design of electric motors and/or gear boxes
- Excellent Swedish and English both written and spoken
Experience of 6σ-methodology power analyzer equipment and/or PLC programming is plus.
One thing we do know is that our new Verification Engineer beside interested in new technology is structured and thorough as well as target oriented have a strong drive and wants to make a difference for our customers. Also we expect that you are passionate about expanding your technical skills and expertise round electrical motor and gear box design and verification methodology.
