Title:Gas Contract Administrator

Contract Type:Permanent Full time 35 hours

Salary:London 32881 per annum or Outside London 28886 per annum

Grade: 6

Reporting Office: West Ham Lane Stratford E15 or Trafford Greater Manchester M32

Persona:Agile 20-40% office working

Role Profile - Gas Contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Building Compliance team within L&Q.

We are recruiting for a Contract Administrator position to support the Gas team. The role is key to the administrative success of the Gas Gas Contract Administrators reportdirectly to theLead Gas Contract Administratorand have links to theGas Operational ManagerTechnicalAdvisors and support teams across Property Services and the wider Directorate.

The Contract Administrators provide contract assistance and administration and are responsible for monitoring chasing and closing down outstanding actions and engineer variations.

You will be raising works orders closing off outstanding actions creating Gas Certificates and processing invoices.

This is a key role in ensuring targets and KPIs are met and that statutory compliance is achieved in domestic gas commercial gas ventilation and heating systems.

As part of this role you will be ensuring that gas contracts are well managed and that service contract information is recorded and updated in L&Qs in house systems

You will take responsibility for monitoring forecasting and reporting of the departments budget and expenditure.

You will have resident satisfaction and safety at the heart of everything you do and will be able to handle complaints in a timely and well rounded manner ensuring there is a full conclusion and that residents and customers are happy with the overall outcome.

To be considered for this position candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Proficient IT skills and use of MS packages

Good organisational experience

Ability to workinlinewith targets and KPIs

Great level of technical administration skills

Teamwork to achieve goals and positive outcomes

Understanding of processing invoices raising orders and creating certificates

Ability to process detailed information
