- OwnEnd-to-EndAccounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting month-end closing and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS&HGB.
- DriveCross-BorderAlignment: Standardize processes across3countriesensuringconsistencywhilerespectinglocalrequirements.
- CollaboratewithKeyStakeholders: Partner with auditors tax advisors and internal teams (Treasury Tax Controlling) to align financial strategies and reporting.
- OptimizeSystems&Processes: Enhance efficiency through automation ERP improvements and best practicesmaking remote teamwork seamless.
- SolveComplexChallenges: Manage inter-company reconciliations VAT compliance and multi-GAAP reporting with a problem-solving mindset.

- AdegreeinBusinessAdministrationAccountingorFinance.
- 10yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperienceincludingleadingteams(experiencewithremote/hybridteamsisaplus).
- DeepexpertiseinIFRS&HGBwithstrongVATandmulti-countryaccountingknowledge.
- AdvancedExcelskillsandhands-onexperiencewithERPsystems.
- Exceptionalleadershipcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskillsabletoengageandalignagloballydistributedteam.
- FluentinEnglish(GermanFinnishorotherlanguagesareabonus!).
- Experience withNetSuite or LucaNet
- Experience other local GAAPs.
