Job Summary
Behavioral Health Safety Coach
Fairfax Hospital Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Safety Coach to join the team. This role will be full-time night shift (3 x 12-hour shifts 7:00 pm to 7:00 am).

Behavioral Health Safety Coach Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the debrief of a safety event or safety concern.
- Participates in safety meetings and serve on the workplace violence committee. Educates trains and mentors Clinical Technicians and Mental Health Technicians on aspects of safety incident reporting.
- Disseminates and delivers safety messaging as appropriate to the organization.
- Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical work experience
- Certification:Basic Life Support Upon Start from the American Heart Association- Upon Start. Crisis Prevention Institute Within 3 Months
Preferred Qualifications:
- Psychiatry Mental Health and Behavioral Health background
