Shift: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $54 $57 per hour
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Clinical Laboratory Technologist Microbiologyfor an exciting Local job in Brooklyn NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of microbiological diagnostic tests and procedures with precision and efficiency.
Accurately analyze interpret and verify test results prior to reporting.
Operate calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Adhere to laboratory safety protocols infection control practices and quality assurance standards.
Document and maintain accurate laboratory records and patient data within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Collaborate with physicians nurses and healthcare staff to support patient care decisions.
Participate in proficiency testing continuing education and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist preferably in Microbiology.
Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
