Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Manager to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $150000 - $170000 annually (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 direct reports providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure team success.
- Oversee daily operations including resolving challenges supporting team members in client interactions and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Participate in client calls alongside Account Managers or Account Executives to address complex or sensitive issues.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives by building and strengthening connections with other divisions in the organization.
- Ensure the successful management of accounts maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize agency management software to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Background in account management with a preference for candidates who have excelled as Account Executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging client conversations effectively.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Velocity software or similar platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
