Our Healthy Homes (Disrepair)team has an exciting opportunity for you to join as an Advanced Multi-skilled Operative operating in our South region based out of our Eastleigh office.
Youll be responsible for the delivery ofmaintenance repairs/installations as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill you will be proficient in plumbing plastering kitchen and bathroom fitting painting and some external trades i.e. roofing and brickwork.
Working as a great team player youll be carrying out work and installations to Abris properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

Your day-to-day tasks will includecarrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are planned programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our this role youll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your can do attitude to provide a high-quality right first time service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.
As Abris Healthy Homes team we pride ourselves in making sure our customers have the right to a safe and warm home. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to sub-standard properties.
Our Healthy Homes team play a vital role in this and lead on all things related to damp mould and disrepair.
Well provide you with your uniform a van fitted with a van vault racking and inverter a fuel card company tablet & mobile as well as the PPEyou need to let you crack on with what you do best. Youll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.
