Now we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps which have already reached 100M users

Job Description
- Identify reach out to and negotiate with new affiliate traffic partners and traffic sources particularly those in ad networks specializing in pop push native and display traffic such as Adcash Exoclick Adsterra etc
- Negotiate CPL/CPA-based deals managing end-to-end campaign executionfrom setup and track integration to performance monitoring and creative testing
- Daily campaign management on those ad networks
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on affiliate marketing
- Proven track record in managing performance-based campaigns (CPS CPA CPL RevShare)
- Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g. Voluum Everflow CJ Affiliate Rakuten)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Excel and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Entrepreneurial proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with global markets and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus
- Proven experience closing deals with direct publishers is a plus
- Knowledge about the adult affiliate industry is a plus
