Already thriving as a Sales Consultant within the Flight Centre family This is your opportunity to take the next bold step in your Brightness of Future (BOF) and grow into a leadership role with Travel Money NZas a Cluster Leader overseeing multiple stores.

As a Cluster Leader youll continue to be surrounded by everything you love about foreign exchange and travel while expanding your impact inspiring supporting and leading across several stores.

What makes a great Travel Money Cluster Leader
Were looking for someone who:
- Has consistently achieved monthly COS targetsor maintained a healthy ACV average
- Holds a Y2M average of 60%
- Maintains a store GMB average of 35 per month
- Demonstrates strong leadership through mentoring coaching and developing others
- Understands and executes ROI opportunities through LSM (Local Store Marketing) initiatives
- Can confidently balance multiple priorities across several stores
- Thrives on delivering legendary customer service with accuracy and care
- Is ambitious highly motivated and ready for a bigger challenge
- Has exceptional organisational skills detail focus and problem-solving ability
