Content Developer - LMS Job Description

The candidate must have imaginative and creative mindset regarding the development of innovative and value-add learning content for curriculum/initiatives that impact strategic capabilities within the GSF organization.
The candidate must be certified/experienced instructional designer talented comfortable and experienced with all content development elements of graphic visual design branding poster design One Point Lessons (OPLs) infographics storyboarding assessment creation and video creation.
The candidate must have strong strategic and systems thinking organizational skills experience managing small and large projects and acute attention to detail.
The candidate must have excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
A day in the life
Adhering to the core principles of adult learning we create learning materials that are engaging and interactive for learners to increase knowledge retention and recall. We work with Operations Business Program & Training Delivery teams to identify scope of training.
We use modalities such as bite-size learning (mobile learning) OPLs Infographics instructor-led blended including assessments to build quality learning experiences for our learners and periodically evaluate them to assess effectiveness.
Must-have Qualifications:
- Hands on experience on various content development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 Canva Vyond.
- End to End management of Learning Management systems (LMS).
- 4 years experience as an Training content developer or any related position such as instructional designer Learning Experience Design Multimedia training solutions.
- Primary knowledge of using AI tools to create content will be an added advantage.
Role requirements:
1. Experience in customer service and handling projects will be an added advantage.
2. Should be able to translate the given content in regional languages.
3. Provide support to existing data management through analysis and accurate reports.
4. Capability to present intricate information to a variety of audiences.
5. Proficient in MS Word excel & PowerPoint
6. Graduate in any field.
7. Excellent organization & interpersonal skills.
8. Person should be flexible working on weekends (in case of business requirement)
Role requirements:
1. Proven as a Training Specialist/ Trainer in a similar role.
2. Good communication skills
