Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person with a strong desire to join our Capistrano Mazda service team. This person will need to be professional and personable while embodying the stores Smileage Guaranteed! philosophy of doing business.
This position is responsible for supporting the Mazda Service Team by assisting both guest and employees in variety ways. Key responsibility includes.
- Greeting and welcoming guest to the service department
- Assisting with service loaners and directing guest
- Managing service loaner fleet including preparing loaner agreements and maintaining accurate track of all loaner vehicles.

Pay Scale:
The (Title) Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18 and $20 plus commission compensation from $0 up to no limited based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Provide Smilegein the Mazdaservice drive with prompt and friendly greetings for arriving service customers.
- Write up Express Services when needed.
- Answer overflow phone calls answers questions and make appointments as needed
- Provideloaner cars to customers checking in returned cars and keeping the fleet fueled and clean.
- Help with maintaining order in the service drive including moving cars as needed.
- Write up all used cars and following their progress through the shop. communicate with key department managers on progress through the shop.
- Coordinate with sublet vendors for repairs.
- Write up all new cars deliveries as vehicles arrive.
- Assist with inspecting new cars when they are delivered.
- Learn all about Mazda new cars and their featuresincluding maintenance needs.
- Assist with various other tasks and special projectsas needed.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Technological skilled.
- Able to provide lots of smiles to customers and employees.
- Organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt during high volume intervals.
- Self-motivated and enjoys working independently but also is a team player.
- Available to work occasional weekends if needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Previous customer service is a plus.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
