Job Summary
The primary functions of the Micro Market Attendant/Supply Transporter is to Transport food & supplies daily from the Noblesville Hospital to the Westfield Micro Market and the 3 additional ER Urgent Cares.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to assist customers in the Micro Market area in a friendly and professional manner. Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Support the Micro Market operations. Utilize proper food handling techniques in all retail/kitchen areas.
- Assist with keeping the Market Kitchen & Coffee Stations clean and organized. Assist in stocking pantries by utilizing a par level list.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation clean dining room tables floors microwaves & keep condiments stocked.
- Document temperatures of equipment daily and flush eye wash station weekly.
- Prepare a daily prep listfor food using par levels. Also create order and pull food and drink supplies needed at Westfield.
- Assist in preparing food items that will be sent to the Westfield Market.
- Able to interact and take direction from leads and management to perform required duties with little direction and assist to ensure the departments goals are met.
- Responsible for all department rules according to the policies and procedures in the employee handbook. These policies include attendance and tardiness compliance proper uniform usage and sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Participate in the Employee Development Process by participating in self-evaluations meetings annual reviews and all mandatory education requirements.
- Demonstrates to effectively multi-task and perform several different functions over the course of a shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma GED or currently enrolled in high school courses.
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 6 months or more experience with customer service cash handling & foodservice support.
- Preferred: One year or more of food service or restaurant experience customer service & cash handling.
License/Certification Requirements
