Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in 45 cities across Algeria Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. It is backed ($200M in funding) by VCs from Silicon Valley Europe and other parts of the world.
We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Building on this infrastructure we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay save and borrow digitally.

Im an Engineering Manager at Yassir leading the tech teams behind our financial services Channels.
Im currently hiring a Senior Android Engineer to join my team someone whos not just here to code but to build grow and lead by example.
Im building a team driven by one mindset: Best by Excellence.

Tech Stack
- Kotlin Jetpack Compose Coroutines Flows
- Clean Architecture SOLID principles MVVM (or similar)
- RESTful APIs Retrofit
- Git CI/CD (GitHub Actions Bitrise etc.)
- Unit testing UI testing test automation (JUnit Espresso etc.)
- Asynchronous & multithreaded programming concurrency management
- Security best practices app hardening secure storage obfuscation
- Performance monitoring and optimization tools (Systrace Profiler ANR tracing etc.)
- Nice to have: knowledge of Java SOLID principles DDD
