Job Description
- Ensures quality and technical accuracy of assigned deliverables
- Follows the BSI Standard Operating Procedures and Client Standards
- With supervision performs or ensures all the necessary drafting effort to prepare drawings and deliverables
- Meets individual schedule and budget objectives on assigned projects
- Works in Revit or other applicable software to design the mechanics of facilities
- With assistance drafts basic elements of mechanical systems (ducts devices plumbing specialties etc.)
- Drafts redline marks associated with changes to documents from coordination of efforts
- Adherence to basic standard details
- Continually communicates their individual forecasted staffing requirements for their assigned projects
- Working towards a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working with Revit is a plus
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers
- Self-motivated positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to produce and present clear concise and professionally written communications and presentations
