Could you be the full time DevOps Engineer we are looking for in Stockholm or Hssleholm

Your future role

You will work with around 30 software developers spread out over three locations (Stockholm Hssleholm and Bangkok). There is also a possibility to support other teams in the global organisation. The major application we develop is web based and running in Microsoft Azure. It consists of several applications which in turn is developed and maintained by different teams. The teams have some DevOps responsibilities which is supported by one person having the central DevOps responsibility. We are now looking for you that can spend 50% of your time to strengthen the central DevOps responsibility and the other 50% on Java back-end development (Spring Boot). As a developer you will belong to one of the excellent application teams. We work in an agile style with backlogs and sprints. Each team has a team-lead and the team is interacting with architects UX designers Product- and Program managers. As a developer you will need to analyse problems create designs and do the implementation work.

We will look to you for:

• Maintain and optimize our build and test environment.
• Support with configuration of Azure resources.
• Be the interface towards the IT team that provides the Azure resources.
• Support developers with software integrations.
• Manage branching strategies.
• Maintain the version control systems.
• Release our applications in a timely manner.

All about you

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or any other relevant specialization.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform.
• Experience in scripting and build automation in Gitlab and Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience in Git version control software and CI/CD.
• Experience in Linux and Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience from using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent team player and a good communicator.
• English at a fluent level is mandatory for this role. Swedish is meritorious.
• Meritorious to have experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Meritorious to have Artifactory experience.
