NPI & Engineering is focused to assure our equipment and production processes accomplish with safety reliability product quality and confidentiality LEGO requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Attend activities and improvements related to NPI & Engineering projects and Packing/ Processing operations.
- Support in local and global projects of installation and equipment transfer review specifications (SAT) identify and prepare the material required and ensure that are released with the required quality standard to production.
- Coordinate and support suppliers in activities related with machine installation.
- Development of Kaizen Projects.
- Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness.
- Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.
- Provide support participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.

- Associate Degree (Escuela Tcnica terminada)
- Machine safety knowledge as well as hands on knowledge on mechanics pneumatic electricity and electronics.
- Analytical skills good communication and partner management.
- Basic English level
