Role - Interior Trims and Seating

4 to 8 years of experience in mechanical design plastic injection technology and tool design knowledge is mandatory. Interior Trims Instrument Panel Cross car beam Door trims Console Pillar trims Headliner and Seating system components

Qualification BE Mechanical

Job Requirements:
Design exposure of Automotive Interior Trims/Seating system components.

Experience on (Interior Trims - Instrument Panel Cross car beam Door trims Console Pillar trims Headliner)
3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings3D annotation etc.
Manage BOM and engineering releases through PLM.
Creating EngineeringConcept design master sections macro feasibility during styling stage.
Work out detail engineering and TPL creation and Release in PLM.
Basic Understanding of DFMEA DVP.
Basic Knowledge ofengineering plastic materials and processes dimensional management GD&T.
Good analytical Communication logical and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of tooling of plastics and manufacturing processes and molding processes.
Receive customer feedback and carry out rework based on the feedback.
Execute the project with in time lines prescribed by the customer.
