The Senior Regulatory Data Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining regulatory data within both new and existing regulatory systems. This role ensures the accuracy integrity and completeness of regulatory data to support compliant document generation and effective system use by end users and timely responses to customer and sales team needs. The position requires a strong background in regulatory affairs and data management with a global scope of responsibility.
Position Scope
This is a global role collaborating with regulatory affairs teams internal departments suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory data is consistently accurate and effectively maintained across systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain regulatory data in new and existing regulatory systems.
Ensure data accuracy completeness and compliance to support document generation and effective system use.
Collaborate with suppliers regulatory teams and internal departments to ensure consistent and reliable regulatory data.
Partner with sales customer service and regulatory teams to ensure accurate regulatory data supports customer and business needs.
Monitor update and maintain regulatory data to support ongoing business operations and compliance requirements.
Learn to generate all regulatory documents providing backup support where necessary and support the customer regulatory teams.
Perform other duties as needed.
Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelors degree in Regulatory Affairs Life Sciences Chemistry Data Management or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis regulatory operations or related fields.
Hands-on experience with regulatory systems and data integrity management required.
Prior experience with SDS generation and regulatory document preparation strongly preferred.
Experience collaborating across global teams and with suppliers desirable.
Knowledge Skills & Talents
Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs processes requirements and compliance standards.
Proven expertise in regulatory data management and system maintenance.
Experience with SDS generation and related regulatory documentation.
High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to collaborate across functions departments and global teams.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with regulatory systems and database tools.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
Working Conditions
May require occasional travel for training or system implantation support.
Hybrid role (3 days in Office and 2 days work from home)
Pay and Benefits
The estimated base pay range for this position is: $90000 - $130000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education certifications experience qualifications skills and geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive program.
