The Continuous Integration Tribe is at the heart of our software delivery ecosystem. Our mission is to maintain support and evolve the CI/CD platforms that empower thousands of developers across the organization. We ensure that code flows securely and efficiently from development to production enabling innovation at scale.

What Youll Do

As a DevSecOps Engineer youll join a dynamic and highly skilled team operating across multiple European locations. Youll work in a collaborative inclusive environment that values innovation and offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth and career your function you will:

• Support maintain and evolve our DevOps toolchain and platforms (Azure DevOps SonarQube Artifactory Appscan etc.).
• Collaborate with squads across tribes to integrate security and compliance into the development lifecycle.
• Automate CICD platform provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor optimize and secure CI/CD systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack: network storage containers and cloud services

• Containers & Orchestration: Docker AKS OpenShift
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure Cloud Terraform Ansible
• Messaging & Integration: Kafka
• Monitoring & ITSM: Splunk ServiceNow

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for automation security and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of networking and storage fundamentals
