Key job responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive vision strategy and goals for the ER Learning team in EXR Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and program leaders fostering innovation and excellence Drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance ER capabilities for EXRs customers Partner with senior leadership to identify learning needs and opportunities Design and implement scalable learning solutions that meet organizational requirements Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs rooted in business objectives Manage program budgets and resource allocation effectively
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 10 years of Training Learning & Development ER PXT or related field 7 years of people management experience Proven track record of developing and implementing learning strategies or business programs at scale Strong understanding of ER practices and principles Experience working with and influencing senior leadership stakeholders Strong writing skills
Masters degree in related field Experience in Operations or HR leadership roles Track record of successful program implementation in fast-paced environments Excellence in stakeholder management and influence Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
