Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead the ER learning strategy and ER Learning Team in EXR which supports customers in Ops Ops PXT and other businesses. and PXT. This strategic role will lead a team of instructional designers and programs leaders to drive the future of ER capability partnering with stakeholders to drive excellence in ER learning initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive vision strategy and goals for the ER Learning team in EXR
Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and program leaders fostering innovation and excellence
Drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance ER capabilities for EXRs customers
Partner with senior leadership to identify learning needs and opportunities
Design and implement scalable learning solutions that meet organizational requirements
Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs rooted in business objectives
Manage program budgets and resource allocation effectively


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
10 years of Training Learning & Development ER PXT or related field
7 years of people management experience
Proven track record of developing and implementing learning strategies or business programs at scale
Strong understanding of ER practices and principles
Experience working with and influencing senior leadership stakeholders
Strong writing skills

Masters degree in related field
Experience in Operations or HR leadership roles
Track record of successful program implementation in fast-paced environments
Excellence in stakeholder management and influence
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $148300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
