As a Customer Advocate youll be a healthcare hero for 50 to 70 people every day. Youll navigate the world of primary care doctors medications appointments and benefits like a pro armed with your knowledge and amazing social skills .

Full-time position Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! )
8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
5-week intensive orientation (dont worry weve got your back every step of the way! )
A great ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions
Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
Passion for helping others and brightening their day
High school diploma (bonus points if youve got a degree! )
At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience in healthcare/insurance
Background in social work behavioral health or similar fields
A customer service ninja with amazing problem-solving skills

Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (8 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday Tuesday Thursday & Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
