Job Summary

Were seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Materials Management Supervisor to oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries. This role is key to maintaining supplier relationships negotiating contracts and driving continuous improvement in sourcing and inventory practices. Youll lead a dedicated team manage forecasting and planning and ensure compliance with company standardsall without direct patient care responsibilities.

Education
Bachelors Degree Materials Engineering required

Experience
Directly related experience 5-7 years required experience in a supervisory role 2-3 years preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead team members.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Knowledgeable of forecasting and budgeting.
- Ability to solve problems swiftly.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office In depth knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Hands on experience with forecasting and budgeting.
