What Youll Do:

  • Review and moderatea variety of user-generated content including posts comments images and videos ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Enforce policieswith fairness and accuracy identifying trends and reporting violations.
  • Handle sensitive contentwith professionalism and empathy following established escalation protocols.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to address content-related issues and improve moderation processes.
  • Utilize AI-powered toolsand other technologies to streamline moderation efforts.
  • Analyze and reporton content trends generating valuable insights and metrics.
  • Support crisis managementefforts responding quickly to negative content and misinformation.
