This Position reports to:

HR Delivery Manager


The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the HR Services Employee Life Cycle and is based in Krakow.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Managing and developing a team of HR specialists by organizing and prioritizing operations ensuring efficient workload distribution and delivering high-quality HR service support.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate HR operations by overseeing processes related to Employment Lifecycle Compensation & Performance and Payroll meeting Service Level Agreements and compliance standards.
  • Promoting customer satisfaction and addressing escalations by solving problems ensuring compliance with audit and SOX standards and upholding high service delivery quality.
  • Participating in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency stakeholder collaboration and support HR transformation.
Qualifications for the role:
  • You have 2 years of leadership experience in HR or Payroll demonstrating your capabilities in managing teams and optimizing processes.
  • You are highly skilled in working with SAP and Microsoft Office ensuring efficiency in payroll and HR operations.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of payroll regulations and HR best practices with proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • You are motivated to deliver a quality customer experience demonstrating problem-solving attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field showcasing a strong foundation in HR and payroll management.
  • You are adept at communicating in English and German ensuring smooth collaboration in an international business environment.
