As a Senior Staff Software Engineer/Manager on the Enphase Solar O&M Engineering Teamyour mission will be to designdevelopand maintaincloud-basedsoftware services & modules that cater to millions of users and process terabytesof data. As a Team Lead you will oversee a team of engineers to design and deliver impactful software solutions. Your leadership will drive the adoption of best practices foster a collaborative environment and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with business needs.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable REST APIs and microservices.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and reliability.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies.
Who you are and what you bring:
- B.E/in Computer Science or Electrical Engineeringfrom top tier college and >70% marks
- 10 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Postgres with knowledge of related frameworks and tools.
- Experience in leading engineering processes including ticket grooming and sprint planning.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
